2 racks baby back ribs (4 lbs)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cups BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Remove membrane from ribs.
- Season with rub (sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, salt, pepper).
- Place in crockpot and cover with BBQ sauce.
- Cook on LOW 7β8 hrs or HIGH 4β5 hrs.
- Finish in oven at 450Β°F for 8β10 min to caramelize.
Notes
Use baby back ribs for tenderness.
