Description

A gooey, cheesy, buttery loaf of garlic bread that pulls apart easily for sharing. Perfect for parties, family dinners, or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

Scale

1 large sourdough or Italian loaf

1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Slice the loaf into a crisscross pattern without cutting through the bottom.

  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and rosemary.

  4. Spoon garlic butter mixture into bread cuts.

  5. Stuff shredded cheeses evenly into cuts.

  6. Wrap loaf in foil and bake 20 minutes.

  7. Unwrap and bake another 5–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.

 

Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For crispier bread, bake uncovered longer.
Add crushed red pepper for spice.
