Ingredients
For the Garlic Cream Sauce:
1 quart heavy cream
1 stick unsalted butter
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Pizza:
1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup parmesan cheese (for topping)
Optional toppings:
Grilled chicken
Crispy bacon
Spinach
Mushrooms
Caramelized onions
Instructions
- Make the Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in cream and bring to a light simmer. Slowly add parmesan, whisking until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. - Prep the Dough:
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Roll out dough into a 12-inch circle. Place on pizza stone or baking sheet. - Assemble:
Spread sauce over dough, leaving edges bare. Top with mozzarella, extra parmesan, and your chosen toppings. - Bake:
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling. - Serve:
Let rest 3–5 minutes before slicing. Finish with herbs or a drizzle of garlic oil if desired.

Let the dough come to room temperature before rolling—it’s easier to shape.
