Ingredients
4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
1 cup cucumber, diced (Persian or English cucumber preferred)
⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
