Make Tuscan Chicken Alfredo Pasta at home! Creamy sauce, juicy chicken, and Tuscan flavors in one irresistible dish.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
12 oz fettuccine pasta
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 cups spinach
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta al dente, reserve pasta water.

Season chicken, sear until golden. Set aside.

Make sauce: butter + garlic, then add cream, Parmesan, tomatoes, and herbs.

Add spinach, chicken, and pasta. Toss with reserved pasta water.
Garnish with basil and serve warm.
Notes
Use penne if you prefer shorter pasta.
Add mushrooms or broccoli for extra veggies.
