Ingredients

2 racks baby back ribs (4 lbs)

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste

2 cups BBQ sauce


Instructions

  1. Remove membrane from ribs.
  2. Season with rub (sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, salt, pepper).
  3. Place in crockpot and cover with BBQ sauce.
  4. Cook on LOW 7–8 hrs or HIGH 4–5 hrs.
  5. Finish in oven at 450°F for 8–10 min to caramelize.

Notes

Use baby back ribs for tenderness.
Add honey or liquid smoke for extra flavor.
