Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
½ cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for added fiber and omega-3s)
Optional: Light coconut whipped cream, for topping
Optional: Fresh strawberry slices, for garnish
Instructions

Prepare strawberries by washing, hulling, and slicing them (if using fresh).

Add strawberries, almond milk, ice, sweetener, and vanilla extract to a blender.

Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
