Description

A refreshing, guilt-free twist on the classic Strawberry Cream Frappuccino—made with real strawberries, plant-based milk, and natural sweeteners. This healthier version is rich in vitamin C, dairy-optional, and free from artificial syrups, making it the perfect cool-down drink on a warm day.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)

½ cup ice cubes

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for added fiber and omega-3s)

Optional: Light coconut whipped cream, for topping

Optional: Fresh strawberry slices, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare strawberries by washing, hulling, and slicing them (if using fresh).

  2. Add strawberries, almond milk, ice, sweetener, and vanilla extract to a blender.

  3. If using chia seeds, add them in and let the mixture sit for 2–3 minutes to soften.

  4. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  5. Taste and adjust sweetness, if needed.

  6. Pour into a chilled glass.

  7. Top with a swirl of coconut whipped cream and a strawberry slice, if desired.

 

Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your healthy, fruity frappe!

Notes

Swap almond milk for oat, cashew, or soy milk for different flavors and nutritional benefits.
