This healthy cheesy chicken wrap combines juicy lean chicken, low-fat cheese, and crisp veggies wrapped in a whole-grain tortilla. It’s the perfect quick lunch or dinner that’s high in protein, low in calories, and full of satisfying flavor.
Ingredients
1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast (skinless)
½ cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
1 whole-wheat tortilla (8-inch)
¼ cup chopped baby spinach
¼ cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Greek yogurt (as a light spread)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp olive oil (optional for grilling)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, garlic powder, black pepper, and cheese.

Lay the tortilla flat and spread Greek yogurt in the center.

Add spinach, tomatoes, and the chicken-cheese mixture.

Fold in the sides, then roll the tortilla tightly.

Optional: Lightly brush with olive oil and grill on a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and warm.
Slice in half and serve warm.
