Description
POG Juice Mimosas made with passion fruit, orange, and guava. A fresh, tropical twist on brunch—easy to mix, serve, and sip.
Ingredients
1½ cups orange juice, chilled
¾ cup passion fruit nectar, chilled
¾ cup guava nectar, chilled
750 mL bottle of prosecco, champagne, or sparkling wine, well chilled
Orange slices or coins, optional for garnish
Fresh mint or edible flowers, optional for presentation
Instructions

Mix the juices: In a large pitcher, combine orange juice, passion fruit nectar, and guava nectar. Stir gently.

Add bubbly: Slowly pour in the chilled sparkling wine. Stir gently again to retain the fizz.
Garnish and serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with orange slices, mint, or edible flowers. Serve immediately.
Notes
Make the juice blend up to 1 day in advance, but add the bubbly just before serving.
