2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, dried parsley, and dried thyme.

Cook the chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on all sides (about 6-8 minutes). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
