Ingredients

2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, dried parsley, and dried thyme.

  2. Cook the chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on all sides (about 6-8 minutes). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  3. Make the garlic butter sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and golden.

  4. Combine: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Toss to coat the chicken evenly in the butter and garlic. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to ensure the chicken is fully coated and heated through.

 

Garnish and serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the chicken bites and serve immediately.
