Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp sugar
Instructions

Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let bloom 5 min.

Add flour, salt, olive oil, and mix into sticky dough.

Knead until smooth (8–10 min).

Let rise 1 hour until doubled.

Punch down, divide into 12 balls, place in greased muffin tin.

Press garlic + rosemary into tops, drizzle olive oil.
