Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup warm water
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Sea salt flakes for topping
Instructions

Combine warm water, sugar, yeast; let foam 5 min.

Mix flour and salt, add yeast mixture + 1/4 cup olive oil. Knead, cover, rise 1 hour.

Preheat oven 425°F. Press dough into greased pan, dimple surface.

Brush with garlic + olive oil, sprinkle Parmesan & rosemary.
Bake 20–25 min until golden. Cool 5 min. Slice & serve.
Notes
Fresh rosemary enhances aroma.
Optional red pepper flakes for spice.
Brush extra olive oil before serving.
Refrigerate dough overnight for richer flavor.
