Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and brown sugar.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs with milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in chopped apples and walnuts, then combine with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
