Ingredients
- 1 cup (240g) creamy peanut butter (regular, not natural)
- 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1 and 1/2 cups (255g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons (45g) creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides, and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar together.
- Add melted butter and 1 cup peanut butter to the dry ingredients and stir until mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the peanut butter mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons peanut butter, then microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter base and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until completely set.
- Lift bars out using parchment overhang, cut into squares with a warmed knife, and serve.
