Description
Make delicious Italian herb and cheese bread at home. Soft, cheesy, and fragrant with garlic and herbs. Perfect for pasta nights or snacks.
Ingredients
3 ½ cups bread flour
1 ¼ cups warm water
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
Instructions

Combine yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let foam.

Add flour, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, seasoning. Knead dough.

Cover and let rise 1–1.5 hours.

Punch down, roll out, add cheese, shape into loaf.

Let rise 30–40 min.
Bake at 375°F for 25–30 min until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Substitute cheeses for variety.
Add fresh basil or red pepper flakes for extra kick.
