Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese (small curd works best)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)

Cooking spray or olive oil (for parchment)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.

In a small bowl, stir together cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan (if using).

Drop spoonfuls (about 1 tablespoon each) of the mixture onto the parchment paper, spacing them apart. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.

Let chips cool on the pan for 5–10 minutes to firm up further.

Carefully remove with a spatula and enjoy warm or let cool completely for extra crunch!
