Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp curry powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp black pepper
Peanut Sauce:
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp honey
¼ cup warm water
