Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup dill pickle juice

1/4 cup whole milk

1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)

1 tsp powdered sugar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil (for marinade)
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the pickle juice and milk. Add chicken pieces and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Drain the chicken and gently pat dry with paper towels.

In a new bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Toss the chicken in the seasoning blend until evenly coated.

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush lightly with olive oil.

Grill the chicken nuggets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and they have a nice golden-brown sear.
