Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
½ cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp butter, melted
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shredded chicken, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir to combine and heat through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and parsley. Add the seasoned chicken mixture to the bowl and stir until well combined. The cheese will start to melt and create a creamy filling.
- Prep the Tortillas: Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable. Brush the top side of each tortilla with melted butter and flip them over. Sprinkle the top with garlic powder and grated Parmesan.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up to seal the filling inside.
- Toast the Wraps: Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula. Flip when golden brown and crispy.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them rest for a minute before slicing them into halves or quarters. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces!
