1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (low-moisture preferred)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Salt to taste (flaky sea salt or fine kosher salt)

Olive oil, for drizzling before baking


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).

  2. Roll out the pizza dough to ¼-inch thickness on a floured surface. Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.

  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter evenly over the dough, leaving a small edge around the crust.

  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly on top.

  5. Add salt and parsley (optional). Drizzle a touch of olive oil for crispness.
