Ingredients
1 prepared pizza dough (12-inch)
4 large eggs
¼ cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup bell pepper, diced
¼ cup red onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F and prep your pan.

Roll out pizza dough and brush lightly with olive oil.

Whisk and scramble eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until just set.

Layer eggs, cheeses, bacon, and veggies over the dough.

Bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
Slice and enjoy hot!
