Description

Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup packed brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 ripe banana, mashed

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add banana, egg, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
  5. Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  7. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
