Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookies that are soft, chewy, and easy to make in under 30 minutes. Perfect blend of banana and melty chocolate chips.
Ingredients

1¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add banana, egg, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
- Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
