Description

Easy baked brie in bread bowl with cranberry sauce & thyme. A creamy, festive appetizer perfect for holidays & parties.


Ingredients

Scale

1 round loaf of bread

1 brie wheel (8–12 oz)

½ cup cranberry sauce

2–3 sprigs fresh thyme

1 tbsp olive oil

Optional: honey, nuts, pomegranate seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow it out.

  3. Brush inside with olive oil and toast 5–7 minutes.

  4. Place brie inside, score top.

  5. Spread cranberry sauce on brie, sprinkle thyme.

  6. Cover loosely with bread lid.

  7. Bake 20–25 minutes.

 

Serve warm with crackers, fruits, or veggies.

Notes

Try fig jam or apricot preserves for a twist.
For extra crunch, sprinkle with toasted pecans before baking.
